YAMATO Sticky Notes

A sticky note that hasn't decided its size yet.

Instead of a pad of fixed squares, Tape no Fusen comes as a slender roll — 15mm wide, 10 metres long. Pull out just enough for a single word, or a full sentence; the small built-in cutter, matched to the colour of the tape, trims it exactly where you stop.

The back is coated edge to edge, so every piece lies completely flat — no curling corners, no loose ends. It sticks firmly, peels away cleanly, and moves to wherever the thought goes next.

Small enough to live in a pencil case, it follows you to desks, books, planners and doorframes alike. A recipient of the 2017 Good Design Award (Best 100), with refills available when the roll finally runs out.
