We hope you love your purchase from Near & Far, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in the original packaging where possible

Sent back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns at this time.
How to return an item

Email us at hello@nearnfar.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only — original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
